Your 3 1/2 to 5 year old has emerging confidence and the foundations for cognitive and conceptual learning and a curiosity about the keyboard and other instruments. Ear training, rhythm activities, large and small motor body movements, solfege singing, expressive singing, music reading experiences, and social development are all part of this comprehensive program. Musical concepts include fast/slow, high/low, the musical alphabet and keyboard geography, finger numbers, and notation basics. There are two 15-week non-sequential units in this program which celebrate themes that children love. These themes are explored with MidiSaurus and his magical dinosar friends! This class is the perfect preparation for your budding musician!
