These classes
are the perfect preparation for your child's future private or group
vocal
or instrumental
instruction.
Children
ages 4.5 to 7 years who participate in all four semesters (two years)
of the Keyboard Kids program will develop a working knowledge of rhythm,
notes, and musical symbols through activities which emphasize singing,
movement and dancing, instrument playing, and reading and writing
music
as well as basic keyboard skills. These classes include a variety of
materials including original songs (which teach musical concepts)
as well as new music learning software program.
These classes are FUN and get better
every year! Children do not have to have a keyboard at home. Materials
include a home CD and a weekly home project which reinforces each concept
covered in class. |
