These classes use the highly popular "Piano Adventures" method written by Nancy and Randall Faber as well as variety of materials which encourage students to grow as complete musicians. Piano repertoire is chosen to reinforce technique as well as to encourage a knowledge of the literature of many musical styles. Music software makes learning about music theory and musical styles fun! Interesting keyboard ensemble pieces and keyboard musicals help students perform joyously as they share what they have learned. Classes at the Musical Progressions Conservatory reflect the philosophy that it is just as necessary for one to know how to read and appreciate great music as it is to read and appreciate great books, and these classes give students this foundation in a stimulating learning environment.
