Studio Policy The above application should be filled out in full and mailed along with the required registration fee. This reservation is complete only when the written registration form and check are received by the studio (no phone reservations). Refunds will be given only in the event of a class closure. Make-up classes are available only with prior approval. It is expected that students and parents will show their support of the group by being considerate of starting and ending class times. Students should arrive five minutes prior to scheduled class time. Children are expected to be with the parent during the "Our Time" class--they are not permitted to wander. Children are easily distracted. Therefore, recording equipment, parents, and guests are only allowed with the teacher's prior approval. The one exception to this is the "KinderKeys" class when parents are allowed to quietly observe in the waiting area. Only siblings who are enrolled in a class will be allowed to participate in class. Babysitting is not offered, however older siblings may watch a video or play in the playroom (visible to parents through a window) during a "Village" or "Our Time" class. |
